There’s so much pressure on parents. Act right, do this, don’t do this, say that, don’t say that, dress this way, dress that way. The truth is no matter what you do, in someones eyes you’ll be wrong. If you’re a parent who doesn’t care about the opinions of others, I applaud you. But if you’re like some it can be a crippling weight on your shoulders. The whispers, the looks, the groups of mothers or fathers standing in their judgy little corners with their equally judgy peers. You took a non gluten free cake to the school gala you must be a “bad parent”. Here is my advice. Do want you want dress how you want and be you. Because no matter the opinions of others your opinion is the only one that matters when it comes to you, being a parent is hard work, lets support each other instead and take the pressure off.
